Crazy 8 Canucks in the Galapagos

Q. What do eight friends do when they decide they absolutely must see a Blue-footed Booby up close?
A. They book a trip to the Galapagos!!

We are a group of friends, based in Vancouver, who walk every day before stopping for coffee. One morning, a trip to the Galapagos was suggested so we could see the bird with bright blue feet. Bird watching is another of our interests, and we were excited to be travelling to Ecuador! We knew it was going to be really hot there. We were all prepared with our WrapMeCool scarves and wraps to keep us cool in the hot sun and to help us sleep. They were definitely on the packing list.

What an amazing trip! The animals have no fear of people. You can get up close and personal with penguins, flamingos, sea lions, iguanas, tortoises

and yes — the Blue-footed Booby.

The snorkeling was wonderful too. We even found a new use for our WrapMeCool scarves. We used them as bandannas to keep hair out of our eyes and the sun off of our heads.

The Galapagos Islands are unique and exciting, and we had so much fun on our trip. Thanks WrapMeCool for enhancing our enjoyment of the islands.

Staying Healthy With MS

If you love traveling or the outdoors, but suffer in the heat, I highly recommend this cooling scarf by WrapMeCool. Mine has been such a saviour while we’ve been in Bali. They’re lightweight and cotton. All you do is wet it and drape around yourself to keep you cool.

I'm a Believer

To be honest, to begin with, I was a little skeptical about wearing a wet scarf around my neck. But I have to say, after trying many different devices and products to keep cool during a hot flush, this really has surprised me. It has to be the simplest, user friendly item I’ve used.
