Our mission has always been to help others and we’re so happy to expand it by introducing our WrapMeCool® Perfectly Imperfect Program 🕺
You might know that all natural fabrics including 100% cotton have naturally occurring variations in the fabric. Our team has been wondering how we could best use WrapMeCools that have a small flaw and therefore are not available for purchase on our store. 🤔
Voila!! WrapMeCool Perfectly Imperfect Program was born.
Our aim is to DONATE Perfectly Imperfect WrapMeCools to organisations that already support financially disadvantaged people in their communities. We’re proud to have already found our first recipient.
Following the recent bush fires in Australia, we teamed up with the Salvation Army to assist in their goal of providing hope, dignity and respect by the provision of practical and emotional support to others. Gillian M, Connect Centre Co-ordinator explains that
“We have seen an increased need for services and the majority of our clients receive some form of government financial assistance. Many are elderly, disabled or dealing with mental health or substance abuse, while others are women escaping domestic violence and trying to make a good life for their children. It has been a long, hot summer. and we are grateful to help our people by providing them with a beautiful WrapMeCool. It’s such a great initiative - thank you.” …Gillian
The Salvation Army has offices around the world and there are plenty of ways that you can help. Why not donate clothes, household goods, or contact your local office to ask about volunteering?
