Sydney Day Nursery Trials WrapMeCool® to Keep Their Kids Cool

We are thrilled to have conducted a trial of WrapMeCool with the Sydney Day Nursery, a group of 29 child-care centres in Sydney, Australia that first opened its doors in 1905.

Susan, (SDN’s visionary WHS and Injury Management Consultant) explained that children are particularly vulnerable to heat-related illness and death because their bodies are less able to adapt to heat than adults, and they must rely on others to keep them safe.

Before the trial began we visited some centres to tell the educators about WrapMeCool and explain how it could be used. The staff were really keen to learn about a natural product that could help keep the little ones cool and they were also keen to try it for themselves!

The educators trialled WrapMeCool for six weeks during the summer of 2016 (coincidentally a time of record heatwave) and they overwhelmingly loved it!

Our surveys showed that WrapMeCool:

• provided cooling comfort to the children and staff
• was easy to use
• was well received by the children (some kids have sensitivities to fabrics however WrapMeCool is 100% fine cotton)
• and there was overwhelming support for them to be available for use.

The trial report was duly reviewed by Senior Management and we are excited to have our lovely products approved for use in the centres!
