Refunds and Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchases.
If you’re not totally satisfied and wish to make a return please email us at email@example.com.
Include your Name and Order Number with a brief description of the issue (include a photo if possible) and a member of our team will aim to contact you within 72 hours with a Return Authorization Code and the details of how and where to return your item.
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the shipping date. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We will acknowledge receipt of your item, review the details and notify you of the approval or denial of your request for a refund.
If a refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your credit card (or original payment method) and the timeframe for this depends on your individual banking organization.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)If you did not receive your refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve taken these steps and you are unable to determine the status of your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only allow direct exchange of items that are defective or damaged.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a Gift Certificate for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received by us, the certificate will be mailed directly to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased (or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later) we will send a refund directly to the purchaser.
To return your product, you must have a Return Authorization Code from us.
You will be responsible for paying full shipping costs of any returns.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We aim to return/exchange items as soon as possible and shipping times vary depending on your location.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We can not guarantee we will receive your returned item.
Note: Gift cards are non-returnable.
